Made with Irish apples and premium grain using pure Irish water, a unique recipe which is also gluten free. Carefully selected Irish apples grown in the green county of Cork are handpicked and pressed and the juice pot distilled in small batches before being matured in a selection of ex-cognac and red wine oak casks.
